Marine fauna sampling

 Sample must be packed in a clean, dry glass jar, a moisture-proof plastic bag or other container that ensures its safety.

 When packed in a bag, sample is wrapped in parchment, cellophane or polyethylene, then in thick wrapping paper or other materials and tied.

 Sample is immediately sent for testing.

 If it is necessary to send samples to a laboratory located outside the sampling site, the complete safety of a sample during transportation must be ensured.

 Sample of marine fauna is wrapped in cellophane or plastic wrap, parchment paper or paper with polyethylene and placed in a container with ice, excluding contact of a sample with meltwater.
