Sampling of food products for analysis in the laboratory

With the sapling begins the path of the sample to our laboratory. To obtain reliable research results, it is necessary to perform sampling in strict accordance with the sampling method, namely:

• sampling in the volume required by the method;

• ensuring the sterility of sampling containers;

• maintaining the temperature mode during sample transportation
• compliance with the deadlines of delivery of samples to the laboratory;
  

• sampling only by a specialist with a permit for these types of work.

All experts of the sampling group in our laboratory have:

• higher technical education
• certificate of completion of sampling courses
• experience in sampling in harsh climatic conditions (in particular, from scientific ships)

The sampling team regularly travels to all regions of the Russian Federation.
